Donnelly has practiced construction law since 2008, has been named a Superlawyer since 2014, and was nominated to the Construction Lawyers Society of America in 2019. After practicing in a Chambers USA Band 1 construction firm, she opened her own practice to offer cost effective and nimble service to her clients. She began her career in California and now also practices in the Washington, D.C. metro area and provides consulting services throughout the country and internationally.
